This app is a handy tool for recording your blood pressure readings in the morning and at night. It also has a feature that automatically calculates the average values for morning and evening readings, even if you measure multiple times.

On the "Today" screen, you can easily enter your blood pressure readings by using a slider to set the systolic and diastolic values, and then tapping the save button. This interface simplifies the process and saves you time.

The "Analysis" screen displays a graph showing your weekly, monthly, and three-month blood pressure trends. The displayed values are the average of both morning and night readings for each day. Additionally, the graph shows the average blood pressure during the selected time period. By tapping on the graph, you can access detailed data. You can also switch between morning and night display modes by tapping the icon on the upper right corner of the graph.

In the "History" section, you can view your blood pressure records by selecting a specific year and month. To edit a record, simply double-tap on it. If you forget to record a reading, you can add it manually by clicking the "Add" button in the top left corner of the screen. The input screen allows you to enter the date, time, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure separately.

The "Settings" screen lets you choose whether Monday or Sunday is considered the first day of the week for the weekly graph. Additionally, enabling the iCloud backup feature allows you to store and share your data across multiple devices.

In the free version of the app, you can view your blood pressure records for up to one week. If you need to access data beyond that time frame or want to analyze monthly or three-month trends, consider upgrading to the premium version within the app.
